Please join us for an evening with Wayne Atherholt, St. Pete Director of Cultural Affairs. Wayne is responsible for the City's cultural affairs strategy and implementation that prioritizes the success of our cultural institutions and our local artists which contribute significantly to not only the economy, but to the cultural fabric and creative nature of the city, its residents and its visitors.  He works with the city's Arts Alliance and other groups to advance the city as a major cultural center of the Southeast with mulitple arts districts through multiple programs.  He interfaces with all city departments to ensure the arts in their broadest definition are a successful part of all aspects of the city.  The meeting will be held at Banquet Masters, 13355 49th Street North, Clearwater (corner of 49th St and Ulmerton).  Social hours begins at 6:00 PM and the buffet dinner ($18) at 6:30 PM.

Charlie Crist, candidate for Congressional Seat 13 and four candidates for County Court Judges will be featured at the July 14, 2016 meeting of the Greater Pinellas Democratic Club. Gov Charlie Crist has announced for Congress and will be discussing his plans for the election.  The Governor has a rich history of elected offices in Florida. The election for the judges will be held on August 30 and absentee ballots will be out sometime after July 26. County Judge Group 8 candidates are Dora Komninos and Curtis (CK) Korsko.  County Judge Group 9 has Rep Dwight Dudley opposing Judge Myriam Irizarry. The meeting will be held at Banquet Masters, 13355 49th Street North, Clearwater (corner of 49th St and Ulmerton Rd).  Social hour begins at 6:00 PM and the buffet dinner ($18) at 6:30 PM.
